HadronShift provides lead generation and marketing intelligence services through our proprietary platform. Our services include but are not limited to AI-powered lead discovery, automated campaign management, social network integration, and analytics reporting.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information when using our services
• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Using our services in accordance with our acceptable use policy

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required for qualified leads that respond to your campaigns. Pricing is based on the selected plan and is subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and data security. Our data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of HadronShift's platform are owned by HadronShift and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

HadronShift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to our services will be discontinued.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
